Hi semua! Hari ini aku akan bercerita tentang pengalaman aku berkunjung ke Gaya Spa! Gaya spa adalah salah satu spa di Indonesia yang memberikan kenyamanan terbaik dengan suasana modern. Sebuah nirvana yang dapat memulihkan badan, pikiran dan spirit.

As soon as I entered the place, the staffs greeted me with a smile and asked us to take a seat. They will then give us a book filled with their treatments as well as the description and benefits. I was also provided with a doctor to consult to, at first I was supposed to do the IPL treatment, but my parent didn't allow me to do IPL on my face so I decided to try their Radio Frequency Rejuvenation treatment. After choosing my treatment, I went inside the room that has a jacuzzi in it, it kinda feel like a couple spa room. I was with my friend so we were both put in the same room. They also provide a single person room and each of the rooms has a traditional Indonesian ambiance. The whole place itself has a calming scent making you feel relax like you're at home. 

Begitu aku masuk ke Gaya Spa, resepsionis dan staff lainnya menyapa aku dengan senyum dan aku dipersilahkan duduk untuk berkonsultasi dengan dokter. Setelah itu, aku diberikan buku yang berisi tentang treatment yang mereka punya serta manfaat-manfaat treatment ttersebut. Awalnya, aku dianjurkan untuk mengambil IPL treatment, tetapi orang tua aku tidak mengizinkan aku untuk melakukan IPL di muka sehingga aku memilih Radio Frequency Rejuvenation treatment. Setelah memilih treatment, aku diantar ke ruangan spa yang memiliki jacuzzi, tempatnya cukup luas dan seperti ruangan spa untuk couple. Aku kesana dengan temanku jadi kita akan melakukan treatment di ruangan yang sama. Gaya Spa juga ada ruangan private sendiri dan setiap ruangan memiliki suasana tradisional. Gaya Spa sendiri juga mempunyai keharuman yang nyaman membuat kita terasa seperti di rumah. Aku pergi kesana tanpa menggunakan make up karena aku tau akan dihapus juga nantinya saat melakukan treatment. 




For Radio Frequency treatment, the therapist did facial to my face first. During the facial when they pluck out all the blackheads, I almost cried as it hurts so badly(I'm pretty sure those who has done facial before can relate to this). I keep closing my eyes and keep thinking that it will end soon. Right after my facial, I can really feel the difference on my face. My skin feels smoother and the blackheads are gone. 

Untuk Radio Frequency treatment, kita harus melakukan facial terlebih dahulu. Saat facial, mereka akan menghilangkan semua komedo dan walaupun itu terasa sangat sakit, aku tetep mencoba untuk tahan ;-;. Setelah facial, aku langsung bisa merasakan perbedaannya di mukaku. Kulit mukaku terasa halus dan komedo pun sudah hilang. 

Finished with my facial treatment, the doctor that I consulted with just now then came to the room to do the Radio Frequency treatment for me. When the Radio Frequency treatment started, the doctor tried the tool on my face and asked me whether it's okay or is it too hot. If its too hot, they will usually make the frequency lower. The doctor treated my face with care and gentle so I was happy and relax during the treatment. After my treatment ends, I'm so thankful for the face treatment as well as the experience in trying the Radio Frequency treatment.

Setelah itu, dokter datang ke ruangan untuk melakukan Radio Frequency. Ketika treatment Radio Frequency mulai, dokter mencoba menggunakan alatnya di mukaku dan bertanya apakah alat nya terlalu panas. Jika terlalu panas, dia akan merendahkan frequency nya. Dokter lalu melakukan treatment tersebut dengan lembut dan hati hati sehingga aku merasa senang dan nyaman. Akhirnya treatment selesai dan aku pun berterima kasih kepada Gaya Spa karena telah membersihkan mukaku juga untuk pengalaman Radio Frequency treatment.
