My inner child has emerged from within as I attended Kiehl's event at Grand Indonesia. They have set up a cute playful nature playground for everyone to hop in and play while learning about Kiehl's products. To be honest, this is probably one of the best educational interactive event ever! Unlike other event where they only hold a talkshow, Kiehl's make it into another level. They built an orange slide filled with colorful balls also known as 'mandi bola' where we can play and toss around with our friends. Kiehl's is a skincare brand from New York that is established in 1851, it was a pharmacy store at first before they changed it. The founders of Kiehl's loves creating and inventing skin and hair treatments using natural ingredients that has many good properties in it and mixing it with chemical active ingredients. Now Kiehl's has plenty of best seller products that contains at least 1 main natural ingredient starting from cleanser, toner, moisturiser, mask, and serum. that is personalised for the people of New York. Kiehls has been one of my go-to skincare products too, I even bought their travel kit when I went to Japan. Their products are quite pricey though, which limits me from buying it too much. I use the products little by little as I don't want it to finish so soon (read: which means I need to buy another one!). With the price they set, it is worth it since all the ingredients they used are from the finest quality. You can be assured that their products will work amazingly on your skin.
Talking about Nature's Playground, it is basically a playground filled with Kiehl's heritage; the natural ingredients that they used for each and every one of their products like Calendula, Lavender, Vitamin C from Orange, Succulent, and others. In Nature's Playground, it is divided into 5 stations according to ingredients. They have Lavender Swing, Orange Slide, etc. We can learn more about each of Kiehl's product as well as its ingredients as each station has a 'guide' who will tell us about the product and the ingredients in it. Not to mention, after we play interactive games at each station we will get free samples! Kiehls believes in the "Try Before You Buy" philosophy, which is why the customers are encouraged to try the product first and make sure that it is the right choice for them before making a purchase.
I personally love the skin check station, here a certified skin specialist will come and check your skin using some skin checker. It is so easy and only takes few minutes. All you have to do is press the skin checker against your forehead and cheek for 10 seconds and you will see the results immediately! To find out your skin condition, they have a chart to classify each types. Luckily mine was still in normal condition! I really enjoyed exploring Kiehl's Nature Playground and I encouraged you guys to come and visit it too with your squad! I'm pretty sure all of you will enjoy it as much as I do, plus with all the free samples they give. You can find this playground at Grand Indonesia just outside of Central Department Store.
